i get sleepier after drinking coffee. it doesnt help at all. whyyy

because whenever kids have attentionn deficit disorder, they give them ritalin or aderol, which are basically caffeine pills.

"100 mg of caffeine is roughly the same as 5 mg of Ritalin"
