I think it means Love Hurts. Both the rose and the heart are a symbol of love, but them going against each other and the heart bleeding kinda says love hurts. ;)

I guess its ironic that the rose is killing the heart. I guess it symbolizes that love [both represented by the rose and the heart] will be its own demise. So if you mess with love, it won't be good.

I'm not sure. I normally don't answer questions that involve looking at pictures, but I had a change of <b>heart<b> for just one question.

Ignore the pun.
