iPod HELP!

Question Posted Wednesday June 20 2007, 9:53 am

I want to move some movies off of iTunes to my iPod without syncing the whole thing. But my problem is that when I connect my iPod, iTunes won't let me drag the movies to my iPod icon on the list. A little X just appears on the icon when I try to drag it to the iPod movies. It won't let me convert them to the other format, either. PLEASE HELP, I'M DESPERATE!

Okay, for certain people, yes, I have a video iPod. My problem is not because my iPod isn't compatible with the video..

when you plug your ipod in and the screen comes up look towards the bottom there should be a box that says manully manage ipod select that
then you should be able to drag your movies over
also this means when you get new songs you have to also drag them onto your ipod

Well, do you even have a video iPod?
Movies aren't compatible with any other iPods except for the video.
