Is picture.com a legit website?

if it is, will i be able (still) to post the same picture into another website ( a legit one )???

not really, i signed up. And then they give you e-mails and things in the mail, and you get super excited, but in the end if you really wanna win, you have to Fly to the ISP awards thing which cost around $500 and if you don't go you can't win $10,000 and also they will want you to buy award tropys and stuff, its just stupid. I wouldn't do it, i did and its sucks.
