im a cutter. straight forward. i really dont know what to do. it takes away my stress but at the same time it hurts badly. help.

sweetheart, that's your call. either stop, or don't stop. i can tell you what to do but you dont have to listen. if you stop and feel the need to start again, don't because then it'll get worse than before. this will sound weird but get a rubberband and put it around your wrist. then pull it up and let go. [snap it] its hurts a little less but accomplish's almost the same thing as cutting, pain. or if you keep cutting and it gets to the point where it's rediculously bad; go see a doctor. hope i helped.
