Stress

Question Posted Sunday May 27 2007, 12:33 am

I've been extremely stressed out for the past year or so and nothing has seemed to help. I've gained weight from it (even though due to it I have been eating less and exercising), have became an insomniac, and have even stopped having my periods from it. I just always feel overworked or rushed even when there's nothing to do and I can't pinpoint the stress to one particular thing. Any ideas on how I can get my life back on track and destress myself?

SUMMER :)) ;)) not to be naive but if you are in school then the summer break is a great time to rewind and focus on you...if you're the kind of person who's busy in the summer tell yourself it's for the best and cancel things, within reason. Focus on you and what you want who you are during the summer. try different styles and friends and be free. if you ever want to talk to me just say when you answer since i don't want to publicly announce my email.
