Losing Weight & Growing

I have two questions, one is just a question out of curiosity. First (the question out of curiosity)... What age would a girl sotp growing if she got her period when she was 11?

Also.. I would like to lose weight and have a great body by June 30th. Can someone recommend me some of the best muscular NO MACHINE NEEDED workout I can do? I am already doing tons of cardio but I would like to know the best muslce forming like ab, thigh, back, arm workouts.

ok for your first question it doesnt matter really what age you get your period becuase girls stop growing generally around 18 and 19 because of having children we need to be done growing around then. for losing weight i would suggest walking everyday at least a mile or two and doing situps and push ups. also if you want to use small weights you can get your arms in shape by doing bicep and tricep curls. i do like fifteen and twenty pound weights. hope i helped :)
