i hate my montgomery glands so much, they're extremely noticeable and i'm not pregnant! i'm 15! Is there anything i can do to bring the size down?

I really dont think you can make then smaller unless you possibly get surgery. They are there providing the support for the supply lines for breast feeding. I tried researching as much as possible and nothing tells you anything but surgery. And somehow salt water will tend to shrink them but not permanently. Sorry I found no help for you.
