Based on how you asked this question, I can assume you're barely a teenager. Based on that you're barely a teenager, I'll assume the girls you hook up just made it into their teenage years. Based on that, I can tell you that unless if they're drunk, or really, really slutty, they don't want you to finger them.
So, if they're drunk and/or slutty, go ahead and finger them, chances are they won't mind. If they're drunk and/or slutty and moan while kissing you and can't keep their hands off of your body, go ahead and finger them, but you might as well go all the way with them.

You guys should have an honest conversation with each other about it. Yes, you will have to talk about your feelings. Yes, it will be embarassing. But if you don't talk about it with her and just launch into it/pressure her to do it she may be too shy to tell you to stop and that could distance you two.
