iPod Help!

Question Posted Sunday April 29 2007, 5:36 pm

I plugged my iPod into the computer, and I got the "do not disconnect" message. But the computer didn't sense the iPod. I tried quitting and restarting iTunes. I tried turning the computer off and on again. Still not even an icon on the desktop. Then I tried unplugging the iPod and turning it off, but it didn't respond to anything I did. What do I do now?!

you need to reset your ipod.. to do this you have to hold down the menu and select button as long as needed until you get the "apple" icon (usually like 6 seconds) and then let go n it should restart the ipod n then connect it to the computer and it should pick up the ipod connection
