bloat? I don't knwo what to call it. I'm not fat. I'm a size 1 so I'm not chubby. But I have this fat kinda on my belly or tummy so when I wear jeans this little peice of fat sticks out. Is it bloat?
I tried doing those head ups but I couldn't go up when laying down so I did running and knee ups for 3 months and nothing changed and my diet is perfectly fine.
Well noone can see this kinda fat from my tummy cuz I wear loose sweaters but grad is coming out soon so when I wear my dress maybe people will see something poking out instead of a nice flat stomache.

Why don't you just suck it in. That happens to me all of the time. Just suck it in and leave it for 15-30 seconds a day. What's great about it, is that you don't have to hold your breath, you can keep breathing. So the more you do that, the more used to it your body gets. And that might take away the problem of the "bloat." I'm not a professional, so I wouldn't know, but I suck it in alot, and that always helps me. ]
Unless you're under a major workout regimen, or you are a full time dancer or professional athlete a little bit of tummy is NORMAL. Look at the women and girls around you not at the ones on TV or in Magazines. The almost all have little tummys since this is the norm for most if not all girls.
obsessing over this kind of stuff is not healthy. so don't do it. ]
