There are many raised dots in my underarms. They look a little like braille.I am 14/f.I live in a sub-tropical country. Please could some one tell me what they are, what causes them,if they are caused by something much worse, are they just prickly heat rashes, what I can do about them?

No one can or should diagnose online.
You may be right and it could be only a heat rash. Did you shave your underarms lately ? A dull blade could certainly cause a rash. If it doesn't go away in a few days, your best bet is to ask an adult (your Mom or a doctor).
