cell phone problems

i have an audiovox 6700.
whenever i turn my phone on, it says "unidentified USB device: Enter the name of the device driver for this device. For information, see the device manufacturer's documentation."

does anyone have any idea what to do?? I can't send text messages or get calls or anything. thanks in advance

its probably a problem with the phone.
take it back in to your serviceprovider's nearest store.

like, i have verizon, so whenever something goes wrong with my phone, i take it into the verizon wireless store. and my bestfriend has tmobile and whenever hers is acting stupid, she takes it into the mall to the tmobile botique.

i dont think there is anything YOU can do personally. so id advise you take it in. tell them whats wrong and they can either give you a new one or fix it.
