Well you need an angle eyeshadow brush that is pretty thin. THen you get a dark gray, NOT A BLACK, eyeshadow and make a small layer under the eye and a thicker layer on the eyelid. Don't make it too thick because then it will look bad. Don't make it past the crease of the eyelid but half way instead. I hope this helped.
