just this guy...
There is this guy i really like, but he is in love with this other girl. He said he wanted to wait until highschool so there realtionship woukd have a meaning. But the girl is already goin out with this other gut, and the guy i like seem depressed, i really like him but i dont know him that well! My friend is really good friends with him but i dont want her to know because, well im not sure! i know i will never have a cance with him. and the dance that is coming up soon i want to go with him but i know i have no hope, and i think i should give up i dont want to ask him because i know he wants to go with the girl so i want advice please help!!

This is what I would do. First of all you should be honest and tell your friend you like him. So this friend of yours and this guy are really good friends right? I think you should get your friend to ask him if he would want to go have a date to the dance. Get her to ask that instead of asking him to go with you. If he says he would, then give your friend the OK to ask about you. But if he says he doesn't want a date, get your friend to invite him to go with the two of you as friends. Who knows... if you have fun and get to know each other, you might get at least a dance from him.
