Question Posted Monday March 19 2007, 8:26 pm

i really like your hair that you have in your advice column picture. my hair is the similar length and i was wondering how you style your hair in order for it to be like that because it is straight but also has some volumne.

thanks! and when i get my haircut soon how should i describe to my hair dresser the type of layers that i want? i want layers like yours.

Well at night i put it up, and straighten it in the morning. That's what gives it volume, or, you can use like hair clay, that works real well too.

And tell your hair dresser you want your hair really choppy and you want layers. Or, you can bring that picture of me in and tell her you want your hair like that. Doing that will be easier for your hairdresser to get a feel for what you want it to look like!

And thank you for complimenting my hair, hah. =)
