ADVICE QUICKLY...sorry its so long

okay, so my friend amy has been going out with guy brian 1 for about 4 or 5 months, but she still has feelings for her ex peter, but shes says she doesn't....but she does.....u'll understand after u read this.....
okay, so Amy (my friend)and i were supposed to go over to peter's house (the ex) to clean his room together. I ended up being sick, so she just went over there herself to help him. Apparently, they both have feelings for eachother becuase they started making out. Then he started to take off her shirt, but she stopped because the phone rang...it was me, calling about homework....and when we hung up, peter asked her for a blowjob, she said no..thankgod..and left after another makout session.
the next week, she went over to his house again to finish up cleaning his room, but instead, he started making out with her again. he started to take her shirt off, and she let him. then he started to take her bra off, but she stopped him, and he asked for a blowjob again, but she said no and left shortly after.
then last week, she went over to his house again to work on homework, and they ended up making out, he took off her shirt, and ended up taking off her bra, and he started to take off his boxers, but she said no, that she would do it through his underwear..that is was sexier. then he fingered her, and asked if he could, go all the way, and she said no, they made out a little more, and then she left.
This is all NOT GOOD. for starters, she's 15 and hes 14..both freshman in highschool.She has a boyfriend, brian, and she won't tell him about this. I keep telling her to tell him so he doesn't find out from peter when they get in a fight (yea, they fight a lot) aka, he could use this as blackmail. I told her to stop after the fist time,a and she said she would, she promised, and then she did it again and again....i don't know what to tell her to make her stop doing this and to tell brian, because he's so genuine to her, and i'd feel so bad for him if he ever found out from anybody esle but amy. So, i guess what i'm asking is....what would you tell her to make her stop doing htis, and to tell her bf............thanks!!
