HI i am 15years old and a female and i am a freshmen in high school! okay soo there is this kid that says he likes me and that he would so go out wit me!&& i really like him. but like he is such a player it is not funnny at all! && i am scared that if i do go out wit him! then he will cheat on me and i am scared if gettting hurt, what should i do go out with him, or not?

You should take more time to know him close enough to set up some stability for if you do have a relationship. You need to decide if hes worth the risk or not...
