this works sooo much
lay down on your back and just bend your legs, till ahving your feet on the ground.
raise your lower body up in the air and hold.
this works SO MUCH. you can feel it in youe legs too. and majorly the butt.
for arms, bending them up and down helps. try to keep your arms above shoulder level!!! ]
