How do you work it? like for the 63kg where do you type what?

See the middle section, "Weights In Units"? Well in the space for "Kilograms", type 63 (in this case), and click "Calculate". It will fill in the rest of the blank spaces to the equivalance of 63kg. Pretty simple. Shouldn't take long to figure out. Just play around. :)
