how do you do the hot oil treatment with cocunut oil

please dont give me a smart ellic answer like the first one i would really like to know.no one is going to put engine oil in their hair.well that person deleted their answer now so you dont see it..

Well I'm not sure if there is a difference.
But I used to use hot oil in my hair, but I bought it in a bottle from a salon.
And all I did was put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Then after I shampooed my hair i put it in, then washed it out.
It made my hair very soft.
I hope this works for you too.
