how can i get hair THAT BOUNCY like dat? [watch the last part especially her hair starts bouncing when she touches it and moves]
anything i can use/do?

please help me i have been longing for beautiful bouncy hairr =(

Get layers cut all over, especially near the crown of your head. Apply lots of mousse. Blow dry with a round brush in sections and flick it outwards and in. Twirls a few pieces around your fingers while they're hot to make your hair a little wavy. Secure with a ton of volumizing hairspray. I love Bed Head's Hard Head for this, but hair gets kinda scrunchy so make sure you've perfected your look before you spray.
