When going outside in the sun make sure to wear sunscreen, it protects the skin from getting burnt. Eating the right foods like vegetables, whole grains, & fruits also helps with having healthy skin. Make sure you clean your skin to protect it from germs & acne. Remember to use products designed specifically for your skin type. Moisturizing the skin with lotion helps it to not become dry. Smoking is also bad because it yellows & dries out your skin.
