what does commit mean

Commit, in my opinion, means that you want to put effort into something and make it work. In a relationship it kind of means to be honest, truthfully, loyal, and put 100% into making it work. If someone says your not commiting enough they probably don't think you were putting enough effort into things or didn't care. Hope that helped!
