I think if he truly wanted you to be his girlfriend he would be proud and want to tell people. If he wants to keep it a secret then something seems kind of wrong. It's not really your fault I mean come on you're a teenage girl who has butterflies in her stomach and just got a bf i understand. I used to be the same way. Just watch out because I've been in the situation and the guy didn't want people to know because he was a player. You're just going to have to be pacient and wait for his reaction. Hang in there! Don't let it take over your life though
