Stubborn CD Rom

My CD Rom drive keeps opening on its own when there is a CD it but when there is no CD in it,it gets stuck and has to be opened with a paper pin.What should I do?

When there is no CD in it,it gets stuck and has to be opened with a paper pin.Untill I open it with a paper pin the computer gets stuck..

call the company that sold you the computer. they should be able to do something about it.
