i have like really big calves (i think thats what they're called not your thighs but the other half of your leg). they're mostly muscle but i HATE them soo much. and i love capris but i cant wear them with my big calves! does anyone know anything to get them thinner? like anything i just hate them soo much. thank youu.

Soccer players have really strong calves, so do football players because they run so much.
Basically any cardio activity that uses your lower leg muscles develops them rapidly.
Just make sure you do stretches because you don't want you bloodstream clotting up.

There isn't much you can do except stop exercising which will cause you to lose muscle mass -everywhere-.
All I can recommend is that you wear heels/wedges whenever you wear capris. They'll make your legs look amazing.
