how old do i have to be?
How old do i have to be to buy Nicorette? ya know the nicotine patch to quit smoking? is there an age limit? do i have to be 18 or older or something? i dont know the florida law on that.

Because you have to be 18 to purchase ciggarettes, you also have to be 18 to buy stop-smoking products as well. I know it sucks escpecially when you younger than 18 and want to quit or perhaps- wanted to give them to someone to maybe convince them to quit. I recently did the patch a couple weeks ago and I hated it. The patches wouldn't stay on, not even with duct tape! I ended up quiting but it was only after ripping the patch off and going cold turkey. I was a pack a day smoker for 9 & 1/2 years, so yea it can be done.

I'm pretty sure you have to be the legal smoking age. The patch is technically just another delivery system for the nicotine, so one could abuse it. They can't have little kids using nicotine with patches so you might have to be an adult...Why not just try and buy it? If they say you can't, no harm done.
