Hi I am a 15 year old female. I have a red/blue undertone and cool skin colour. My hair is platinum blonde and purpley black (not naturally). What colours for cosmetics or clothing would look best on me?
Are there any particular brands which are best for me? Or a good website to help me with all of this?
I dress somewhat prep (not that you could tell from my hair) so don't go thinking I wear all black.

Your hair has a chilly black-blue vibe, you have a blue-red skin tone.
That means that your makeup/clothing should revolve around shades of black, blue and things with a blush tinge like a blue-pink and or blue-red.
There isn't really a brand I can suggest in particular to your skin tone, but you should always take a look at the names of the product.
I'll give you an example of MAC names:
Amber Lights > Amber > Yellow-orangey > Warm > Not for you
Cream Starviolet > Violet > Purpley-blue > Cool > Perfect for you
You can also hold up an eyeshadow against a piece of white paper, does it look warmer or cooler. It sounds weird now but it's pretty straightforward when you do it.
There's also a cute little makeup generator at myjellybean.com that may serve of use: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
