I think that after someone answers a question of yours, you HAVE to give it a rating, you cant just leave it with no rating.

Maybe give some free advice about: Advicenators?

I think that is a great idea. Now, how do you think it could be enforced?

I have something in the works, which I guarantee will piss off almost everyone, but will solve the problem.

If you have an idea, throw it out there. Better yet, become a level one mod, and discuss it in the mod forums.

Oh, and the best way to start a movement is always at home. I looked through both your accounts, and you haven't rated 9 out of 10 answers you were given. Probably should fix that. ;-)
