Different reactions for different enviroments in men

I see all kinds of men everyday while I am at work. These are the same men I see in town at the grocery store, post office and maybe even the movie theater. They never seem to pay attention to me at all in these everyday circumstances. Why is it that the very same men are trying to get all up on you when you are at then local bar or a club? It can't be just alcohol because, not all of them drink. Why do they wait to show interest only in this enviroment?
