theres this guy!
okay there is this guy that i really like but he is 16 and over the summer we made -out and stiff then he went back home an hour away from where i live and treated me like i was nithing what happend bc he still told me he loved me but then school started adn he dosent like me anymore adn everyone says he still does bc he says it and he wont tell me and i know he does
my question is how do i really know if he likes me or not?!?!?!?!?

Ask him! You well never know his true feelings for you if you don't ask him. I just find it lame that he told you he loved you and then he stopped talking to you. That's not boyfriend material. Love is a very strong word and it really bothers me when people throw it around like that lol. Okay anways, he is the only one who knows if he likes you or not. If you're too shy to ask him, try doing it online if he has an sn because it will be easier.. or maybe even on the phone. Build the conversation towards that subject. Just make sure you don`t just say "Hey.. do you still like me?" You might want to tell him how you feel about him first. If you need any further help, feel free to ask.
