Well I'm not sure about making it bigger except for surgery because boobs are big like genetics, if your mom's were small, yours might be. If you're still young, it'll probably grow bigger because if you look at a picture of Pamela Anderson, you can tell those are fake and that she took surgery. If you're asking how can you make your boobs look BIGGER..well my answers are just the same with how girl do it, the usual tissue stuffing but I recommend you don't because everyone's fine weather they got big or small because you'd be embarrassed if you got caught about it. Good luck, you'll need it.
