Shaving bumps

I have been shaving since I was least about 16 but about a few months agons when i started shaving I started to get these little bumps i thought at firt that they were ingrown hairs but they want come to a head I have tried everything from putting alochol on them after a while they cleared up and i decided to just stop shaving but the i shaved agin last week nd the same bumps came back what should i do

I'm not really sure if this will work or not, but try to shave at a different angle. If you go agaisnt the grain, try to go with it instead, and vice versa.
