Windows Movie Maker - Narration

I wanted to make a narration for a movie, and I know how, it's just what "Audio input source:" do I use to record sound from my speakers?

Make sure your microphone is stably connected to your computer, it should show up as an external device. If it's not showing up, go to "Sounds and Audio Devices" in your control panel and see what's up.
