How do you make your myspace pictures flash or turn into different colors tu use as a default?

I really don't know, I'm sorry. One would assume you use a picture editting program, such as JASC or Photoshop, but as for step-by-step instructions, I don't know. Maybe if you go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) you can download a free trial version of the software for 15, 30 or maybe even 45 days. Goodluck, sorry I couldn't be of more help.
