I don't know what to do ........ should I spit or swallow?

Well, the very first time i spit. The only reason was because i didnt really know what i was in for, so i just spit. Now, every other time after that i swallow. This is your own choice but cum is very high in protein and sometimes that can be a good thing. The taste depends on what the guy eats. It can be sour or sweet. If its ur first time i would spit so u get an idea of what it tastes like and everything. Then, if you like it or dont mind it then swallow =]
