am I naughty?

I just turned 14 and don't plan on going all the way with a boy till I'm older. I have gone as far as 3rd base so far. I get scared when a guy is "touching" me so I tend to be the one who does the touching most of the time. I found that I really like playing with a guys penis and his balls. I like how it feels and looks. No wonder why guys are always touching themselves all the time. Am I over obbsessed with guys "privates"?
