trading in an ipod?

Question Posted Thursday September 21 2006, 8:28 pm

i heard that you can trade in your ipod at the apple store, is it true? if you trade it in can you get a different one? i also heard that they take off 10% or something? does it have to be in some kind of condition? because my ipod has been acting strange, i cant put the songs i want in the playlist on the go. i've been holdin down the center but nothing happens. thanks for taking your time to read this and thanks to those who left me some advice!

It's probably in your best interest to take it into the Apple store and have it serviced. You won't get much of anything back from them. Also make sure it still isn't under warranty.
