hickey freakout

so my bf gave me a hickey and my aprents dont know were dating and my parents saw but didnt freak out but my boyfriend actually did

saying i shouldnt have done it. it got you in trouble and i told him it didnt

does anyone have any other way to tell my boyfriend its ok without him freaking out??
