pills
i am in junior high and i dont know how to swallow pills yet. what is a good way to learn because my doctor said that i need to learn before i start my period.

um for one thing, don't practice with real pills =]
hm, well practice makes perfect so practice. i'd say try doing it with smartys & a big gulp of water. Those are kind of big, so maybe those yummy candy buttons will do, they are kind of hard to find though. any small candy, preferably round so you won't choke or scrape your throat, ouchh.
Sometimes tilting your head back when swallowing will help and placing the pill on the very back of your tongue.
