no thats not what i meant sorry...i dont judge people.. i was talking about my little brother hes over weight and can control it.. and he eats and sit all the time.. i just wanna know why do they do that.. so i can help him

You just have to motivate him...see if you can help him become more active...try to make him eat healthy and to eat less...be a support system for him...it'll be helpful
