Well, when finals were around the corner, i started cramming like crazy. So in turn, i became extremely stressed out and cranky. I relieved somewhat of my stress by taking lots of breaks in between studying. Some examples would be taking my dogs on a walk, taking a short jog, taking a nice relaxing shower, and even taking a break to watch my fav tv show. Even though you might think taking these breaks is like wasting time that you could be studying, it'll really help relieve some of that tension. Sometimes I choose to go out with my friends for a little bit. A couple of hours of fun won't hurt your studying time and it'll really make you feel better. Just start early on studying and don't wait until the last minute to touch up on things. Manage your time wisely so that you don't feel pressured to be studying all night before the big test. That alone helped lessen the stress that i felt going into my finals. Anyways i hope i helped somewhat =/ heheh GOOD LUCK on your finals! =] =] hope all is well
