I just want instrumental

Question Posted Sunday July 23 2006, 10:45 pm

Is there any way that I could get the vocals off songs? :|

And have it stay that way. Is there any programs I could download?

I know on some media players, there's... an karaoke option or something but that's not really what I want.

You can download this really safe program (I've used it for 3 years) called bearshare off of bearshare.com for free. You can type in the name of your song and "karaoke" or "instrumental" with it. Or you could buy the sheet music and ask someone you know that plays piano or guitar (like a music teacher if this is for some performance) to accompany you. Or you could sing it a capella.

the only thing i could think of is the karaoke thing. if you move a song to an audio program, its not in different layers so you cant just seperate it from the rest of the music.
