alright. so there is this guy, i like him, and he likes me (he told me. ) now hes sorta like prude and he doesnt really have the guts to ask me to be his girlfriend..like for example we went to the movies but he wouldnt even like hold my hand or anything and i had to make the first move, which i dont really like to do..should i give him hits into asking me out or something ? or what can i do to help him be less prude--should i make the first move ??

please help and sorry this is so long!!

Right-o

Well, firstly, I don't think he is being a prude, I just think he is very nervous! He I think is scared that if he over does it you will get mad at him or something. That is a good thing though because it shows he cares about how you feel and he's not trying to "get in your pants" or just brag to his friends that he got to hold your hand or something. Just be VERRY flirty with him and tell your friends to tell him to ask you out. You should let him be making the moves though, not you. Don't take it personally about him not making his move. I'll give you this scenario: I was at my friend's bat mitsvah and this guy saw me and I guess really liked me. My friends literally pushed him into me to get him to ask me to dance. Even after that he was still really nervous around me. Soo, don't worry about it, just sometimes guys need that *push* to make their moves.
