To be absoloutely honest, the likelihood of you conceiving from that is slim to none, as there would only have been a small amount of sperm, if any on your hands when you touched yourself.
However, in the future, don't forget that mean produce sperm whether they ejaculate or not. When they are turned on, there is always an amount of 'leakage', for want of a better word and although this is a small amount by comparison, it is still enough to get you pregnant.
Please don't worry too much for now. I really don't think you could have conceived. If your period is late or you experience any other symptoms then by all means, do a test. Otherwise, chalk it up to experience and remember not to do the same thing next time.
