Another belly button ring question...

Question Posted Tuesday July 11 2006, 9:41 pm

This is the same girl who had the belly button question earlier, how much does it hurt? I don't have a fear of needles, shots don't bother me, and when I got my ears pierced it wasn't hurting me that much. Thanks again!

Different people have different pain tolerances. Me and my best friend got it done at the same time and while for me, it wasn't that bad, you would've swore she was dying. lol. Have you ever had your cartilege pierced? I would compare the pain to that. My husband is in the Marines and they sort of own this logo so to speak, but as geeky as it sounds, I repeated it to myself while I was getting it done. "Pain is weakness leaving the body" lol it worked for me, maybe you could give it a shot? It literally takes about 15 seconds to have it pierced & the belly button piercing in place. Pain is beauty right?
