1.backcomb your hair (brushing from the ends to the scalp) until you have a nice little tangled mess.
2.after getting your hair fluffy and messy, and really messy, like 3inches in diameter fluff ball starting from your scalp/top of dread, twist it.
3.Finally, fix the dread into place using heat I know for a blowdryer you hold the hairdryer right against the dread, not just near it, and do about 3 or 4 passes along its length, taking about 15 seconds to do each pass. I'm not sure about the other ways, but i'm sure it's pretty simple.
