ok well you can masturbate just play around with ur privates. you makeout usually when you have a boyfriend its just like kissing. to shave your private area you can either wax it which hurts or u can shave it just buy a razor and shaving cream and shave downwords. and your underwear is wet because its discharge which is perfectly normal and it means your period is coming soon. you can't get rid of it, but you can stop it from going into your underwear by wearing pantiliners which you can buy at a grocery store, walmart, walgreens, places like that. good luck xox melissa
