IPOD Video

I just got a video ipod and i am a bit confused. Whenever i put videos onto my ipod, they play without sound. How do i get the video with sound onto my ipod?

the sound might be off. when you're watching a video on it, turn up the sound by moving the click wheel with your finger. just play around with it. if that doesn't work, then take it to the place you bought it from and ask them for help or get a refund.
